Welcome to Phew! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Phew. Phew operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Phew is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are over 18 years old and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

Our Products

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Phew reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Phew confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Phew may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices and Billing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, while will be added to your total at the checkout based on your selected delivery option. Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

Payment can be made using major credit or debit cards. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or other approved providers. By using a credit or debit card, you confirm that the card belongs to you. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made.  All cardholders are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines payment, we are not obligated to accept your order, nor are we responsible for any resulting delays or cancellations.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the UK only. Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You will not be able to cancel your order once it has been placed. Due to the nature of our oral sprays, we do not currently allow returns. If your product arrives damaged email us at sales@phewcrew.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send out a new spray.

Liability

We provide our products and website “as is.” Always consult your GP or healthcare provider before starting any supplements. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. We don’t make medical claims, our supplements are intended to support wellness and should not replace professional advice. We’re not liable for losses or damages that are not foreseeable, or that arise from misuse of the products or website.

All content on our website, including product names, logos, imagery, copy, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Phew London Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or modify it without permission.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access these materials or third party sites, you do so at your own risk.
