Shipping policy

Right now, we ship within the UK only (but wider horizons are coming).

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days. Our warehouse doesn’t dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays, so during busy periods things may take a little longer — thanks for your patience.

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it, as our fulfilment process kicks off straight away.

Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of our sprays, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This helps us protect the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every product we send out.

That said — if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

If your spray arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at sales@phewcrew.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as we can.

All reported issues are reviewed by our quality control team to make sure everything meets our standards (and yours).

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
